For the first time, the "Minister of Foreign affairs" of the Holy See speaks at the UN Human RIghts Council recalling the Church's commitment to the implementation of fundamental and universal Human Rights worldwide. Dominique Mamberti recalled the need for the States and people of good will to contribute to the common good by cooperating to the practical implementation of universal, interdependent and interrelated Human Rights.
