Publication of a Handbook on Climate Change and Human Rights

Dominicans for Justice and Peace is delighted to announce the publication on July 16th of its Handbook “Climate Change and Human Rights Education for Youth in the Philippines” (CCHRE)! The handbook is made for educators in the Philippines to help them integrate climate change and human rights consideration in compulsory education. The Handbook will be officially launched today at the University of Santo Tomas (UST) in Manila. A 3-day training will follow for teachers and school administrators on how to best utilize the Handbook. We hope that this publication serves as a valuable tool for the education sector across the country, empowering young generations to become proactive agents of positive change!
